I stumbled upon fluid art a few years ago and fell in love with the technique and amazing results that you can acheive with acrylic paints. I started researching and following other artists and was addicted. The process looks easy but once you start learning the different techniques it is challenging. Mixing of the paints and mediums to get the right consistancies to produce the cells and interactions you want to achieve is a science. Once you achieve it, its AMAZING! Controlling how thick or thin the paint is leads to some pretty amazing results. Imagine watching colors swirl together in unexpected ways, creating new textures and patterns right before your eyes. Thats the kind of magic I love about fluid art.
